Originally from Ohio, Sarah has been in the restaurant industry since her
teens. She first started working in a family owned restaurant and has been
in the industry ever since, including positions at Cadillac Jacks and Bar Louie. Upon moving to New England, Sarah joined Skipjack's Patriot Place; where she served as Assistant General Manager for five years. While at Skipjack's Sarah's love for bar tending took her into the role of creating new seasonal drink menus. Her passion for food and drink is what makes working in the industry exciting for her.
